Welcome to SaveMedical. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of savemedical.com (the "Site") and any products or services we offer (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

## 1. About Us

SaveMedical is operated by SaveMedical.com LLC, a California limited liability company with its principal place of business at 124 Via Bilbao, San Clemente, CA 92672.

## 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or place an order. By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 and that all information you provide is accurate.

## 3. Account Registration

You may need to create an account to use some of our Services. You agree to:

- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when you register

- Keep your account information up to date

- Keep your password confidential

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

## 4. Orders and Payment

### Placing an order

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the products listed. We may accept or decline your order for any reason, including stock availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

### Pricing

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice. The price applied to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

### Payment

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the amount due to your selected payment method.

### Order acceptance and cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. If your order is cancelled, we will refund any payment you have made. You may request to cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it by emailing [email protected] — after that, orders enter fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.

## 5. Subscriptions

If you sign up for a subscription product:

- You authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency you selected

- You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account

- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel

- We will send you reminders before each shipment so you can adjust if needed

- Prices may change with advance notice; you will have the option to cancel before any price change takes effect

## 6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Once your order ships, the carrier is responsible for delivery. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.

If a package is lost, damaged, or stolen after carrier confirmation of delivery, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days and we will work with you to resolve it.

## 7. Returns and Refunds

Because of the nature of medical supplies, returns are accepted only on unopened, unused products in original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number.

Some products are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. These will be noted on the product page.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.

## 8. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. If a product you receive is materially different from what was described, contact [email protected].

## 9. Intellectual Property

All content on SaveMedical — including text, graphics, logos, images, product photography, and software — is owned by SaveMedical.com LLC or our licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written permission.

## 10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or our systems

- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers

- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site without our written permission

- Impersonate any person or entity

- Submit false or misleading information

- Resell our products without our written permission

## 11. SMS Messaging Program

By providing your mobile phone number to SaveMedical.com LLC and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from us under the terms of this section. SMS consent is never required to purchase from SaveMedical.

### 11.1 What you'll receive

We send the following types of messages to customers who opt in:

- Order confirmations and receipts

- Shipping and delivery notifications

- Customer service responses

- Subscription reminders (if you're an active subscriber)

- Occasional promotional offers and product news

### 11.2 Message frequency

You will receive up to 6 messages per month, depending on your account activity and the offers you have opted into.

### 11.3 Costs

Message and data rates may apply, based on your wireless plan. SaveMedical does not charge a fee for these messages. Contact your wireless carrier if you have questions about your data plan.

### 11.4 How to opt out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. Once you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent.

You can opt back in at any time by replying START or by re-subscribing on our website.

### 11.6 How we use your phone number

We use your mobile number only to send the messages described above. We do not sell or share your phone number, opt-in data, or consent information with any third party for marketing purposes. Phone numbers may be shared only with the service providers that help us send messages (Twilio and GoHighLevel), bound by contract to use that information solely to deliver SaveMedical communications.

### 11.7 Eligible carriers

This program is compatible with all major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and Cricket. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

### 11.8 Changes to the SMS program

We may update the terms of this SMS program from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by a notice on our website or by text message before they take effect. Continuing to receive our messages after the update date means you accept the new terms.

## 12. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those services. Use them at your own risk.

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

## 14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAVEMEDICAL AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SaveMedical.com LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, damage, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights

## 16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

## 17. Arbitration (where applicable)

For disputes that the parties cannot resolve informally, either party may elect to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration administered by a neutral arbitration service, on an individual (not class) basis. You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to [email protected] within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on our website. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

## 19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.

## 20. Entire Agreement
